How these documents work
The public policies describe our general position. A quote is not a service order, and a marketing description is not a guarantee. Your written order may identify the actual service, locations, limits, support, pricing, term, or additional commitments that apply to you.
Some rights and duties depend on where you are, the type of data or service involved, and whether a law's applicability thresholds are met. We use conditional language where those facts matter instead of claiming that every law applies in every situation.
Questions about a policy?
Tell us which document and section you are asking about. We can explain our operational position, but only a written amendment signed by authorized representatives changes an agreement.
